Booking and cancellation policy.
Reservation
To make a reservation you must send a request via our website or via email. The reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving our written confirmation communication, containing the total price of the stay and the cancellation conditions.
Deposit.
For reservations, the payment of a deposit may be required. defined during the negotiation
. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
Cancellation policy.

Within 7 days of the arrival date: free cancellation

Within 3 days of the arrival date: 50% of the amount of the stay will be charged

Within 24 hours of the arrival date: the entire amount of the stay will be charged
Exceptions

In case of force majeure (e.g. natural events, unforeseen events that prevent the trip, etc.) cancellation is free even if made in a period of less than 7 days from the arrival date.

In case of no-show (non-arrival of the customer) the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
Booking changes.
Booking changes must be communicated in writing via email.
General conditions

Check-in is from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm.

Check-out is expected by 10.00 am.

The structure is not suitable for people with motor disabilities.
Responsibility
The guest house declines all responsibility for any damage or inconvenience that may occur during the stay.
